The Sales & Marketing Administrator is responsible for promoting the organization, the organizations events, designs and design capabilities and highlighting all aspects of custom precast concrete. This position's primary responsibility is outside sales but also includes involvement in design, production, public relations, administration, quality control, and financial projections. Goals will be met by a highly self driven individual who is capable of working with management, production staff and our outside advertising consultants.
Essential responsibilities include outside sales and broadening our customer base, setting realistic goals for growth and creating a sales plan to achieve these goals. The individual selected will be working directly with the President, HR and outside advertising consultants in creating marketing materials and company branding, researching and making suggestions for production based on current market trends, updating and maintaining the company website and social media pages and negotiating pricing as it relates to sales and marketing.
Other responsibilities include creating estimates and quotes as needed, assisting the President and Plant Manager to develop new product lines, reporting quality concerns to the President and Plant Manager, responding promptly to clients and cultivating business relationships, representing MCP in a professional manner and maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information and production materials and processes.
